Week 3 of the camp gave students lessons in setting up a single wythe stack bond wall out of clay units, then practice with a double.  Learned to cap a double wide wythe brick wall laid in the rowlock position.  They also learned to work in teams as well as individually.  The students were treated to a tour of the ORCO Block Plant in Riverside.  They had a chance to see jobs in action and to learn from the ORCO Team, all of which has had many years in the industry.  During lunch donated by ORCO their staff reinforced soft skills and how to address workplace conflicts.
