Ontario High School has classes in masonry for high school students, as well as hosts ROP and Apprentice classes for the trade.  These classes are led by Miguel Gonzalez, who is a past Apprentice with MITA.  Each year he has the students develop the plans and build a barbecue.  Then he invites the high school community, MITA board, and other key stakeholders to enjoy a delicious meal.  This year he joined forces with the culinary program at the High School and two CTE pathways were on display at the annual event.
